Elektrische weerstand

Elektrische weerstand is een fundamentele eigenschap van een materiaal, die aangeeft hoe sterk het materiaal weerstand biedt tegen elektrische stroom of deze geleidt. De SI-eenheid van elektrische weerstand is de ohm (Ω).

Let op: weerstand is afhankelijk van de luchtvochtigheidsgraad. Hoe hoger de luchtvochtigheidsgraad, hoe lager de weerstand (omdat vocht geleidend is).
